Martha Rand

Martha is currently an undergraduate at Dartmouth College majoring in Sociology and minoring in Education. She enjoys studying social systems and group interactions, especially in organizational contexts. After graduation she plans to work in the Human Resources field where she hopes to positively impact workplace engagement, connection, and wellbeing. At Connection Labs, Martha enjoyed designing a workflow system that coordinates the tasks needed to run an impeccable custom workshop; establishing a monthly conversation series as a space for the Connection Labs team to engage with one another; and bringing the Connection Labs material to Dartmouth undergraduates in the company’s first single-session interactive presentation designed for college students. Outside of her studies, Martha has completed academic research projects with professors and works at the Hopkins Performing Arts Center as an usher. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, and quality time with friends.
