Todd works with the Health Promotion team in UConn’s Student Health and Wellness Department and is an adjunct faculty member for the Boucher Management & Entrepreneurship Department in the UConn School of Business. His work involves the development of initiatives that support well-being in contexts ranging from higher education to organizational development. Todd helps leaders and teams build skills for reflection, connection, and purposeful action that create and sustain high performing cultures.
Todd has held many professional roles ranging from full time international volunteer work to executive coaching for Fortune 5 companies. For the past 12 years, he has worked in higher education, with a primary focus on developing innovative approaches to promoting college student mental health and wellbeing. Todd completed his Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Counselor Education at The Ohio State University, and augmented his graduate studies with a certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
